Our Story
3x3 was born out of a simple belief — that good bookkeeping can change the trajectory of a small business. And a conviction that small businesses — the ones with heart and with vision — deserve a financial partner who gets it.
We started 3x3 to be something different in the accounting industry: a partner, not just a vendor. Someone who speaks your language, understands your vision, and genuinely cares whether your business thrives. We work with creative entrepreneurs, community-rooted businesses, and passionate people who are building something that matters — and we bring the financial clarity and systems to help them do it with confidence.
Good bookkeeping for good business. That's what we're here for.
Meet the Team
Natasha Parry
FOUNDER
Natasha came to bookkeeping the way a lot of her clients did — through the back door. Fresh out of college, she had the entrepreneurial spirit and big ideas, but kept hitting a wall when it came to the financial side of things. So she did what any determined person would do: she learned it inside and out. And somewhere along the way, she fell completely in love with it!
That experience — of being a creative person who had to work hard to feel confident with numbers — is exactly what makes her so good at this. She understands the fear, the confusion, and the relief that comes when things finally click. She’s built 3×3 to be the partner she wished she’d had: someone who speaks your language, simplifies the complicated, and genuinely cares about the business behind the books.
With over 15 years of experience across bookkeeping, financial management, and economic development — and credentials including Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, Xero Certified Advisor, and AIPB membership — she brings serious expertise wrapped in a deeply human approach.
When she’s not in the books, you’ll find Natasha admiring Scandinavian design, collecting handmade earrings, and hoarding all the plants. She’s a Dr. Mario devotee (a game of sorting and organizing — what bookkeeper wouldn’t love it?), runs on homemade matcha lattes, and spends as much time as possible canoeing, hiking and biking with her husband, daughter, and dog.
Lindsay Bright
BOOKKEEPER
With over 12 years of experience in a wide variety of industries including non-profits, start-ups, and banking, Lindsay has a unique set of skills and an enthusiasm for organizing data and numbers. It wasn’t until after earning her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications that she discovered her love for finance through a job as an Administrative Assistant supporting the accounting department. After accepting a permanent role as a finance team member, she quickly realized that accounting was her long-term career path, and returned to the educational system to earn several credit hours in accounting courses in the Post-Baccalaureate Accounting Certificate program at Virginia Commonwealth University. What excites her most about being a part of the 3x3 Bookkeeping team is having the opportunity to help small businesses in their growth journey and establishing lasting relationships with driven entrepreneurs.
Outside of work, Lindsay is passionate about being a mom to her active young children, being a performing musician with a local band, and being an advocate for her overall health - in 2023 Lindsay became a certified Root Cause Protocol practitioner. Although not currently practicing, she loves engaging in conversations about holistic health and wellness.
Dorothy
Dorothy brings all the chill vibes to the office, and spends her days snoozing and occasionally barking at squirrels. She specializes in making the occasional zoom background appearance, and reminding Natasha to take a break from the computer now and then to play ball with her outside. Keep an eye on our Instagram for the occasional #tonguesouttuesday.
What We Value
Clarity
Numbers don’t have to be intimidating. We present financial information in an approachable way and build systems that make sense for real humans running real businesses.
Communication
Great bookkeeping is built on great relationships. We show up as true partners — responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in the success of every client and colleague we work with.
Consistency
If it’s not documented, it’s not done. Streamlined systems and consistent processes are the foundation of great bookkeeping — for our clients and for us.
Courage
We take initiative, ask the hard questions, and see change as an opportunity. We embrace continued learning, stay curious, and show up as proactive partners, not passive ones.
Care
Care in our work. Care for our clients. Care for our communities and our planet. It’s the thread that runs through everything that we do.
Community
We believe that when small businesses thrive, communities thrive. That’s why we’re proud to work alongside the creative, local, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs who make their corners of the world a little better.
