Monthly Bookkeeping

Our bookkeeping services are customized to fit the exact needs of your business. Pricing is dependent on volume, complexity, and additional services, and ranges from $350-$2,500+ per month.

All of our bookkeeping services include the following and can be further customized to meet your needs:

  • Posting and recording all transactions

  • Reconciling all bank and credit card accounts, loans, and clearing accounts

  • Generating month-end financial management reports

  • W9 management for eligible vendors

  • Troubleshooting & support

  • Quarterly review calls

  • Tax time ease- sending your completed books to your tax preparer and entering any adjusting entries

  • 1099 filing at year-end (billed separately)

Additional Bookkeeping Services

  • We review your books for miscategorized transactions, fix errors, update your chart of accounts, and complete your backlogged work - getting you back on track.

    This service typically requires a paid Diagnostic Review in order to determine the scope of work and pricing.

  • Whether you’re starting a new business and need set-up services or migrating from another system, we’re here to help you make sure it’s done right.

  • We can help you create a budget and set some target goals, track your outcomes, and revise your budget.

QBO Coaching Calls

Looking for 1:1 support? QBO Coaching calls are a great option for our monthly clients who would like some help with the part of the bookkeeping they are responsible for as well as for business owners who are DIY’ing their books and need some extra support.

    • Troubleshooting problems that you encountered

    • How to correctly categorize and enter transactions

    • Help with bank reconciliations

    • Helping you learn tips + tricks in QBO

    • Setting up workflows + processes

    • Helping you understand or learn how to generate reports

    • Setting up products & services

    • Invoicing and bill questions

    • Option to record the call

    • The coaching sessions will be structured off of your specific needs, so make sure you’re jotting down all of your questions as they come up and bring them to your call!

    • Come to the meeting logged into your QBO account

    • Join the zoom session from a computer, and make sure your computer has enabled screen sharing in zoom

    • Your books must generally be accurate and up to date - this service will not be sufficient for folks that need their books cleaned up.

Our team is trained in various softwares that integrate with your QBO so we can continue to provide the same services that once require paper and pen, not to mention someone sitting at a desk in your office.

  • Bookkeepers handle the day-to-day tasks of recording financial transactions, helping business owners maintain proper accounting systems and processes, and in turn making sure business owners have access to the data they need year-round to make informed business decisions. Accountants typically provide more overarching financial advice, and tax planning, advising, and filing.

  • We do not provide any tax services, but we will work with your tax preparer if they have any questions, and can refer you to a tax preparer if you need one.
